What is POPWERPAY?
PowerPay is a so-called payment service provider in Switzerland, through which online shops can process purchases on account. So, if you make an online purchase on account via PowerPay as the payment method, you do not have to pay the invoice amount to the online shop, but to PowerPay transfer.
How does purchase on account work via PowerPay?

- Select PowerPay invoice purchase as payment option (no additional registration required)
- complete Order
- You will receive the invoice (depending on the shop) by e-mail or with the ordered goods.
- Transfer the invoice amount to PowerPay within the payment term.
- Ready
Conditions regarding maximum amount, payment deadline, fees and dunning
At PowerPay there is no fixed maximum amount, up to which customers can use purchase on account. An individual credit limit is set for each customer, which depends primarily on their creditworthiness. For subsequent purchases, this also increasingly depends on their own payment history with PowerPay. So, if you have always paid invoices on time in the past and currently have no other outstanding invoices, the credit limit will be somewhat higher. This applies across all shops for all orders for which purchase on account via PowerPay was selected. So if you have outstanding PowerPay invoices from one shop, the purchase limit will be reduced accordingly when paying via PowerPay in other shops as well.
Depending on the shop, you will first receive (after the order has been sent) an e-mail with Individual invoice, which must be paid within the period specified on the invoice (e.g. 10 days). If this is not paid on time, you will receive a Monthly invoice, which is then due by the end of the month. For each invoice, a Administration fee from CHF 2.90.
In principle, you can also send any invoice in flexible partial amounts Pay. The minimum amount is stated on the current invoice and is 10% of the current outstanding amount. This applies to amounts under CHF 500.00. For larger outstanding amounts, the entire outstanding amount must be paid in a maximum of three monthly installments. When using the installment payment option, in addition to the monthly administration fee for the monthly invoice (CHF 2.90), annual interest of 12% will be charged.
If the minimum amount for partial payment stated in the monthly invoice is not paid on time, you will receive a reminder with quite high Reminder fees. For the first reminder, this is CHF 15.00, for the second reminder CHF 25.00 and for the third reminder CHF 35.00.
